Step 1: Initial consultation via phone to see if I feel like the right fit for you! (30 mins, free)
Step 2: First coaching call to talk through what you’re currently interested in working through in more detail, and identifying current blocks and challenges.
Step 3: Second coaching call where Meryl provides recommendations for how to get from where you are now, to where you’d like to be.
Step 4: Follow up coaching sessions as needed!
